Promotion Rules:

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
• This promotion is open to all retail customers of Brickel's Racing Collectibles Retail Store, www.brickelsracing.com, www.vettecollectibles.com, www.fordfanstore.com, www.gmfanstore.com, and www.moparfanstore.com.  1 TV will be awarded for this promotion.  This promotion is open to the Brickel's Racing Collectibles, Inc. retail on-line stores and the Brickel's Racing Collectibles, Inc. retail store front.
• Employees of Brickel's Racing Collectibles, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries and their immediate families are not able to participate in this promotion.
• The winner of the promotion agrees to allow their name, city and state to be publicized as being a winner of the promotion. The winners name and information will be announced on December 16th, 2009.  Please include a daytime telephone number with your order. The prize can only be shipped within the Continental US. If winner is outside of the Continental US the winner will be  responsible for all shipping charges.
• This promotion is a sales incentive, not a lottery or contest.
• Any retail walk in store customer spending $100.00 on a single invoice between the dates of October 26th and December 14th, 2009  will receive one entry for the promotion. Every additional $100.00 spent after the initial $100.00 purchase entitles the customer to an additional entry. Point of Sale customers orders must have $100.00 spent on a single order to be eligible to qualify for this promotion. Orders cannot be combined.
• On-line purchases made on any of our on-line retail stores are eligible for an entry and sales can be combined per store to reach the $100.00 product purchase needed for an entry.  Receipts can be combined per store in order to reach the mandatory $100.00 minus shipping charge needed for this promotion during the contest period. (for example: spend $50.00 on BrickelsRacing.com today and an additional $50.00 by December 14th, 2009  for a total of $100.00, minus shipping charge and this will equal 1 entry)  Spend an additional $100.00 without the shipping charge and receive another entry. 
• Layaways and gift certificates sales are not qualifying purchases.
• Invoices can be combined in order to reach the $100.00 threshold. The $100.00 qualifying purchase must be made by the end of the day on December 14th, 2009.
• Brickel's Racing Collectibles, Inc. reserves the right to change or rescind this sales incentive at any time without prior notice.
