1. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice
    

2. We expect to sell out of these items fast. Please place your orders as soon as possible. This can be done via web site, phone, email, or fax.
    

3. Prices do not include shipping charges
    

4. If orders are placed via the phone, we suggest that you write down your pre-orders with the date, pricing, and whom you spoke with when placing the order, and keep it handy for future reference. Backorders will be shipped when the product arrives are Brickel's Racing Collectibles, Inc. Your backorder is your responsibility -- returns for items that were pre-ordered are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
    

5. We reserve the right to allocate product quantity when orders exceeds the quantity Action Performance Company ships us. We are committed to all of our customers, so we try to get everyone the product that they ordered.
    

6. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
    

7. Inspect all shipments carefully and report to Brickel's Racing Collectibles, Inc., any damages, shortages, or incorrect shipments within 7 days. ABSOLUTELY no returns will be processed without prior approval authorization. Return requests for any reason 7 days after receipt will be denied. When available, product returned due to defects will be replaced. Your account will be credited for processed returns -- refunds are not issued.
    

8. When notified product is in-stock and ready to be shipped and you decline the shipment at that time, we reserve the right to resell the product.
