Dale Earnhardt Jr. 2009 1:24 #88 National Guard ACU Digital Camo Brushed Metal Chevy Impala Action Platinum Series diecast car by Motorsports Authentics. Brushed Metal series diecast cars were offered exclusively through GM dealers in 2008. In 2009 ARC is producing a brushed metal version for a handful of special paint scheme cars. The Army Combat Uniform (ACU) Digital Camouflage car was the fourth special paint scheme car driven by Dale Earnhardt Jr. in 2009. It ran in the July 4th night race at Daytona International Speedway. ACU Camo is the new camouflage pattern used by the U.S. Army, which is designed without black in the pattern. The brushed metal version of this car uses the metal color in place of the darker greens within the camo pattern. This car is part of the Action Platinum Series and will be produced as a 1:24 scale hood open trunk open die cast car.
